A vacuum coating technology for the application of thin layers whereby individual color and functional coatings are created on various materials like glass, metal, plastics and ceramics. This patented nanocoating technology enables the creation of hundreds of pastel and glossy colors with a unique brilliance. Metallic effects are also possible. In addition, product properties like hardness, chemical, mechanical or thermal resistance can be specifically improved and realized in a single coating process. Easy-to-clean properties of glass surfaces or the concealing of fingerprints on metal surfaces are also possible. The equipment used for these coatings enables a variety of possible layer and material combinations. A modular constructed charging device allows for the efficient coating of products in various sizes. Applications are for luxury and brand name products, for the sanitary and cosmetics sector and high temperature applications in space technology as well as jewelry decors.
